“I stumbled upon this wonderful place and made it home. I always love to help newcomers and longtime residents discover and re-discover the beauty of Aspen/Snowmass by setting down roots in the valley.”
PJ Bory can assure you that Aspen is not only the most beautiful box canyon in the Rockies, but it is the most beautiful place in the entire world. He circumnavigated the globe just to make sure. With his extensive travel throughout the world, PJ has seen many beautiful places, but none have captured his heart the way that Aspen has.
PJ, a native New Yorker, has always been passionate about all sports and outdoor activates and it didn’t take long for him to recognize what Aspen has to offer and make a permanent home here in the valley. After graduating from Suffern High School in 1996, PJ received an athletic scholarship to attend the University of Virginia and graduated with a BA in Psychology in 2000. Shortly after graduation, he stumbled upon “the perfect place” and settled here in the Roaring Fork Valley and has worked in high end real estate sales and rentals since 2004.
The discipline he once reserved for athletics are now focused on outdoor activities and his real estate career here is Aspen. PJ’s invaluable experience in both high-end sales and rentals, with a concentration in both the Aspen and Snowmass area, allows him to provide the most comprehensive real estate service to all of his clients.
Lauren Bullard is originally from the Midwest but has called the Roaring Fork Valley home since 2007. She graduated with an engineering degree from Michigan Tech and worked for a private equity firm in Chicago until visiting Colorado in early 2007. During that visit she saw all that this amazing place had to offer and moved just a few short months later.
Lauren started working at Whitman Fine Properties where she developed her market knowledge and skills as the office manager and eventually adding the role of marketing manager. She transitioned into real estate development in 2012, working on both new construction and renovation projects in Aspen and the mid-valley. In 2014, she obtained her license and joined Aspen Associates where she uses her expertise to see the potential in properties ripe for customization.
Lauren and her husband, Anton, take full advantage of all the mountains have to offer. Both love to ski, bike, climb and hike especially when their little mountain dog, Cima, gets to come along.
Ashley Chod grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. She spent family vacations visiting Aspen in both the summer and winter seasons. The summer after graduating from the University of Colorado, Boulder she spent a few weeks visiting with family and fell in love with the mountains, the outdoors, the active lifestyle and the friendliness of the people in Aspen. Aspen/Snowmass immediately became her new home. She is an avid hiker, snowboarder, mountain and road biker, and she truly takes advantage of everything the Roaring Fork valley has to offer.
Ashley has been in involved in real estate in the valley since 2006. She started as a front desk support staff, then improved her skills and market knowledge as an office manager and licensed real estate assistant.
